Real Estate Property Manager. Prior to the introduction I had used other companies who did not offer the same professional service I attained from these guys. No job was too small or too big and they were always contactable and were able to attend to the job quickly. The quality of their service and the work performed is second to none. I have used the company for my own family needs as well and I will never again use another company for my pest control needs.

I have been using this business for pest control for number of years after having a number of other pest control companies failing to ensure unwanted inserts and spiders were not around our place. They seem to have the environmental toxic free products and satisfy the pest problem and it seems to last the year. Highly recommend this business would not consider another pest business. Valued customer.

Chemical Treatment Against Termites

Repellent Chemicals

Repellent chemicals are easily identified by termites and strongy avoided. So they provide good protection in treated areas. However, if not all locations are reached, or the treated locations become compromised, termites can identify those gaps and gain access through them.

Bifenthrin is the commonly used chemical repellent, with a residual lifespan of as much as 5 years.

Non-Repellent Chemicals

Repellent chemicals aren’t identifiable by the termites. Given they do not avoid the treated areas, they will pass over the chemical and die after coming into contact with it. They often also transfer the chemical to other colony members they come into contact with, thus creating a compounding effect.

As termites are not able to detect these non repellents, they see no difference between areas which are treated and others which are not, so there is likely to be reduced ingress through gaps.

Fipronil is the most widely used non repellent available today, and features a residual lifetime of as much as 8 years.

Great company, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and awesome results. Called Andrew and let him know what we were seeing. Andrew was wonderful, helped me determine what type of creepy crawlers we had in our home and was able to get someone out really quick. Adam came out to treat our apartment for cockroaches and from start to finish I was super impressed. Adam was friendly, answered all my questions, and gave me some insight and tips to help with our problem. They are a reliable and effective company who I won't hesitate to call again! Highly recommend.

Baiting Systems For Termites

Used to erradicate termites in a home, Above Ground Systems position bait stations directly where there is termite activity, so that the white ants feed upon the bait matrix and not the timber that they were infesting up to now. As well as killing the white ants that eat the bait at the source, there is also a compounding effect when worker termites feed that bait to further colony members.

In this manner, the entire nest can be eliminated even though the location of the nest is unknown. The stations should be monitored and assessed frequently in case the situation should require stations to be rebaited, the addition of new bait stations, or if they should be moved.

In Ground Systems are used in a similar manner, however they are often placed throughout properties where there is currently no obvious activity, to help in early detection of termites. These systems are especially useful when the layout of a home can make it tricky to have adequate perimeter barriers, because it is then possible to identify and intercept white ants before they breach the perimeter.

Benefits of Termite Baiting Systems

  • Flexible protection system
  • Not influenced by weather conditions
  • Safe for all the family including pets
  • An environmentally smart solution

I had Benjamin come to our place on Monday because I was worried we had a spider problem. He identified a major funnel web spider situation. Benjamin was so thorough and considerate because I was very scared having three small children. He went above and beyond to make sure he spent as much time as needed to treat every single spider hole in our yard. He has arranged to come back in 2 weeks time just to make sure we are all safe for the Christmas period. So grateful for all his help. Highly recommend!
Debbie Green
Extremely happy with the services provided, we had a very knowledgeable technician Sean came to attend to the possum issue in our townhouse, Sean found the openings where the possums came in on the roof right away and patched them up. When the previous pest control company failed to do. But being a two level building with a separated garage roof, it was very difficult to trap the possums still inside, but Andrew the boss and Sean kept trying and finally got the problem all solved. Friendly to talk to and easy to work with so Highly recommended.

Ben is an absolute gentleman. Extremely polite and courteous and was very thorough in his work. He even took the time to explain different aspects of his job and the various insects and how he gets rid of them. Absolute champion. Hoping this will be the start of a long relationship with Andrew and his team. Cheers.
