Real Estate Property Manager. Prior to the introduction I had used other companies who did not offer the same professional service I attained from these guys. No job was too small or too big and they were always contactable and were able to attend to the job quickly. The quality of their service and the work performed is second to none. I have used the company for my own family needs as well and I will never again use another company for my pest control needs.

I have been using this business for pest control for number of years after having a number of other pest control companies failing to ensure unwanted inserts and spiders were not around our place. They seem to have the environmental toxic free products and satisfy the pest problem and it seems to last the year. Highly recommend this business would not consider another pest business. Valued customer.

Treatment For Termite Infestation

In Australia, termites are often called ‘white ants’. These tiny insects can cause a significant level of property damage each year. Because of the great capacity for destruction, residents of Colebee are encouraged to find quality termite inspection services.

Termite Removal & Management

You will find several kinds of termite situations and hence the preferred treatments also vary. When you bring in the experts, they will likely to apply one of two general termite protection processes. This can include chemical treatments that form a barrier between the termites and the building you want to protect. Or perhaps, the elimination of the termite colony with baiting techniques.

In Colebee, chemical treatments are the more frequently applied management strategy to kill termites. However, baiting and interception for colony eradication has its’ advantages that shouldn’t be ignored.

It’s important to call in an expert termite exterminator to check out your premises and evaluate the damage.

Are you needing termite inspection for your property and want to find the treatment available in Colebee that will be most effective? Searching for a Colebee service that is highly effective for control of white ants? We can assist you to make an educated decision, and offer very competitive pricing for termite inspection.

Please call our people with any questions you might have about cost or processes today and we’ll help you find the appropriate response for your particular requirements and situation.

Effective Treatment for Termites

Repelling Chemicals

Termites find these chemicals straighforward to identify and an excellent deterrent, which makes them ideal for offering good protection to all treated areas. Unfotunately however, when areas are compromised later on, or if access is an issue and not all areas are covered, white ants may identify the gaps and can potentially gain access.

Bifenthrin features a residual life of as many as five years and is a widely used chemical repellent available today.

Non Repellent Chemicals

Non repellent chemicals are not identified by termites, and they do not stay away from the treated areas. Because of this, termites pass through the chemical and die as a result of contact with it. Individual insects transfer the chemical onto other colony members, resulting in a compounding effect.

Because the termites can not identify non-repellent chemicals, they can’t tell untreated from treated locations, and are much less likely to gain ingress through possible gaps.

The most frequently used non-repellent is Fipronil, which has a residual life of up to 8 years.

Great company, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and awesome results. Called Andrew and let him know what we were seeing. Andrew was wonderful, helped me determine what type of creepy crawlers we had in our home and was able to get someone out really quick. Adam came out to treat our apartment for cockroaches and from start to finish I was super impressed. Adam was friendly, answered all my questions, and gave me some insight and tips to help with our problem. They are a reliable and effective company who I won't hesitate to call again! Highly recommend.

Try them and you wont be disappointed. Highly recommend!!!

These guys have to be the best on the market with competitive prices and fantastic attention to detail. I recently used them for both my house and my parents house for general pest control and I can honestly say I regret not using them sooner. The results speak for themselves very professional, on time and very thorough. No place for the bugs to hide with these guys!!

Baiting Systems For Termites

Through use of an Above Ground System, termites can be eliminated from the dwelling by placing bait stations directly on white ant activity, and encouraging the pests to consume the bait matrix rather than the timber they were eating. This soon kills those termites that consume the bait, and there is also a compounding effect when worker termites return to the colony and feed the bait to fellow nest members.

In this way, the whole termite nest can be exterminated, even though you don’t know the actual location of the nest. The bait stations continue to be monitored and assessed, so that they can be added, rebaited and/or moved in response to the observed results.

In Ground Systems can be used similarly to Above Ground Systems. However they are typically installed around the property to provide early detection of termites. This method is especially useful when the building design prevents the effective use of perimeter barriers, as they intercept the white ants before the perimeter is breached.

Advantages OF Termite Baiting

  • Adaptable protection against white ants
  • Not impacted by weather
  • Safe to use around kids and pets
  • Eco-friendly

Signs You're Facing Termite Infestation

There are many signs your home has a white ant infestation:

  • Small holes found in drywall and wood
  • Wood is crumbling or damaged
  • The presence of "mud tubes" on brickwork, ceilings, floor boards and/or subfloor areas of the house
  • Mounds or nests can be seen in nearby trees
  • Winged termites (or alates) may be noticed swarming from the colony

What Destruction Can Termites Do?

You might be surprised to learn that termites are capable of doing a lot of damage to wood structures. If it becomes significant enough, they can make a house unusable. Contact the termite inspection experts at Colebee Termite Pest Control today, and we’ll be happy to help your Colebee house and inspect for termites.

I had Benjamin come to our place on Monday because I was worried we had a spider problem. He identified a major funnel web spider situation. Benjamin was so thorough and considerate because I was very scared having three small children. He went above and beyond to make sure he spent as much time as needed to treat every single spider hole in our yard. He has arranged to come back in 2 weeks time just to make sure we are all safe for the Christmas period. So grateful for all his help. Highly recommend!

Extremely happy with the services provided, we had a very knowledgeable technician Sean came to attend to the possum issue in our townhouse, Sean found the openings where the possums came in on the roof right away and patched them up. When the previous pest control company failed to do. But being a two level building with a separated garage roof, it was very difficult to trap the possums still inside, but Andrew the boss and Sean kept trying and finally got the problem all solved. Friendly to talk to and easy to work with so Highly recommended.

Ben is an absolute gentleman. Extremely polite and courteous and was very thorough in his work. He even took the time to explain different aspects of his job and the various insects and how he gets rid of them. Absolute champion. Hoping this will be the start of a long relationship with Andrew and his team. Cheers.
