John Chidiac
Real Estate Property Manager. Prior to the introduction I had used other companies who did not offer the same professional service I attained from these guys. No job was too small or too big and they were always contactable and were able to attend to the job quickly. The quality of their service and the work performed is second to none. I have used the company for my own family needs as well and I will never again use another company for my pest control needs.

I have been using this business for pest control for number of years after having a number of other pest control companies failing to ensure unwanted inserts and spiders were not around our place. They seem to have the environmental toxic free products and satisfy the pest problem and it seems to last the year. Highly recommend this business would not consider another pest business. Valued customer.

Effective Treatment for Termites

Repelling Chemicals

Repellent chemicals provide great protection from termites as they are easily identified and strongly avoided by them. Unfortunately however, if there is a gap in the chemical application, either from a lack of access to all areas, or if a treated area is later compromised, termites can identify the gaps and gain ingress.

The most frequently used repellent is Bifenthrinthat features a residual life of up to five years after application.

Non-Repelling Chemicals

Repellent chemicals aren’t identifiable by termites. Given they don’t avoid the treated areas, they will move through the chemical and die as a result of coming into contact with it. They will also transfer the chemical on to other colony members that they come into contact with, thus creating a compounding effect.

Since the termites don’t identify these non-repellent chemicals, they cannot tell untreated from treated locations, and are less likely to gain ingress through possible gaps.

The frequently used non-repellent chemical is Fipronilthat has a lasting effect of up to eight years after application.

These guys have to be the best on the market with competitive prices and fantastic attention to detail. I recently used them for both my house and my parents house for general pest control and I can honestly say I regret not using them sooner. Great company, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and awesome results. Called Andrew and let him know what we were seeing. Andrew was wonderful, helped me determine what type of creepy crawlers we had in our home and was able to get someone out really quick. Adam came out to treat our apartment for cockroaches and from start to finish I was super impressed. Adam was friendly, answered all my questions, and gave me some insight and tips to help with our problem. They are a reliable and effective company who I won't hesitate to call again! Highly recommend.

Understanding Termite Baiting Systems

By using an Above Ground System, termites can be eliminated from the building by positioning bait stations directly on white ant activity, and encouraging the pests to consume the bait matrix rather than the wood they were eating. This kills the termites that eat the bait, and in addition there is a compounding effect when worker termites return to the colony and feed the bait to fellow colony members.

Ongoing monitoring and assessment allows the bait stations to be re-baited, added to or moved, based on observed pest activity. In this way, the entire nest can be exterminated even if its location isn’t known.

In Ground Systems may be used similarly to Above Ground Systems. However they are typically installed around the property to provide early detection of termites. This method is particularly useful when the building design prevents the effective use of perimeter barriers, as they intercept the white ants before the perimeter is breached.

Benefits of Termite Baiting Systems

  • Highly flexible & efficient termite protection system
  • Unaffected by weather conditions
  • No danger to children or pets
  • Environmentally sound

I had Benjamin come to our place on Monday because I was worried we had a spider problem. He identified a major funnel web spider situation. Benjamin was so thorough and considerate because I was very scared having three small children. He went above and beyond to make sure he spent as much time as needed to treat every single spider hole in our yard. He has arranged to come back in 2 weeks time just to make sure we are all safe for the Christmas period. So grateful for all his help. Highly recommend!

Extremely happy with the services provided, we had a very knowledgeable technician Sean came to attend to the possum issue in our townhouse, Sean found the openings where the possums came in on the roof right away and patched them up. When the previous pest control company failed to do. But being a two level building with a separated garage roof, it was very difficult to trap the possums still inside, but Andrew the boss and Sean kept trying and finally got the problem all solved. Friendly to talk to and easy to work with so Highly recommended.

Ben is an absolute gentleman. Extremely polite and courteous and was very thorough in his work. He even took the time to explain different aspects of his job and the various insects and how he gets rid of them. Absolute champion. Hoping this will be the start of a long relationship with Andrew and his team. Cheers.
